  • Class booking closes 2 hours before the scheduled class start time.
  • Walk-ins are not permitted.
  • Schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Attendance and timing are tracked through Groovio using the system timestamp.
  • Students must be physically present and individually checked in to be considered on time.
  • One student may not check in on behalf of another.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are charged $1 per minute.
  • At 11 minutes after class start, the class is considered a late cancel or no-show.
  • Entry may be denied if the warm-up has concluded or if entry would disrupt class flow or compromise safety.

Warm-ups are mandatory and essential for injury prevention, particularly in pole and aerial classes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time to avoid a fee.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the class credit and/or a fee based on membership or class type.
  • Fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
  • If the studio cancels a class, students will receive a credit or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds, Transfers & Expiration

  • Memberships and class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable, except as required by Florida law.
  • Class expiration dates are firm and clearly listed at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued only as outlined in the Membership Agreement and applicable statutes.

Membership Usage

  • Purchased in 30-day terms.
  • Classes must be used within the active 30-day period.
  • Unused classes do not roll over.
  • Memberships must be repurchased each month through Groovio.

6-Month Contract Memberships

  • Require a 6-month commitment.
  • Billed monthly.
  • Classes reset every 30 days.
  • Early termination is subject to the $299 early termination fee, as outlined in the Membership Agreement.

Minimum Attendance & Studio Cancellations

All scheduled classes have a 2-student minimum.

Once the 2-hour booking window closes, enrollment is finalized.

If only one (1) student is enrolled after booking closes, the student will be notified of their available options prior to class start.

For Members

The enrolled member may choose one of the following:

  1. Convert the class to Open Studio, supervised by the receptionist
    • No instructor-led class will occur
    • The class credit is used and is not returned
  2. Upgrade to a private lesson for $75
    • The instructor will return to teach the private
    • The instructor is compensated by the studio
  3. Decline both options
    • The class credit will be returned to the member’s account

For Class Pack / Drop-In Students

  • If the student declines Open Studio and does not convert to a private, the class credit will be returned.

If a class is canceled by the studio for any other reason, students will receive a credit or refund, as appropriate.
