Flō Collective is a space where movement supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Flō Collective is a movement and dance studio in Naples, Florida offering classes rooted in expression, strength, and embodiment. Our offerings include dance-based movement, somatic practices, aerial arts, pole, chair, Lyra, silks, and multicultural dance styles, designed for adults of all experience levels.
Built with women in mind, Flō welcomes all individuals who resonate with our values. Many of our students arrive with no prior experience. Others come with performance, fitness, or competitive goals. Our studio is intentionally designed to support a wide range of journeys, without pressure to fit a single mold.

Flō Collective is a movement and dance studio in Naples, Florida.
We offer a wide range of classes rooted in expression, strength, and embodiment. Our offerings include dance-based movement, somatic practices, aerial arts, pole, and multicultural dance styles, designed for adults of all experience levels.
Our classes are intentional, inclusive, and thoughtfully structured
to support both personal growth and performance-based pathways, including showcases and competitive opportunities.
